Pre-populating Lists in WSS Templates

Is it possible to pre-populate Lists with data in WSS Templates, so that the
data will be available to all sites created from the template site?

Okay, again, this is a MS Project forum, not WSS.

Why should you care? Because others may have the same question and you
posted in a wrong form, so the answer doen't help anyone else.

Okay, to answer your question, "no".

Drop downs can be poulated with choices but that's it. Open entery fields
will stay blank.
