Under admin account all office products open and work fine. Under a limited
or restricted account, I get “preparing to install†…………this happens
everytime an office product is opened. Ran Detect and repair and nothing
fixed this error. The program was working fine as are all my other computers
with identical build, the fixes I see and have found so far relate to access
and office 2K. Anyone have this problem and resolve it?
