Presenation not looping when running with System credentials

I have a local GPO with only one purpose on this machine and that's to
fire up a .pps when starting. I have it running as a logon script
within the computer portion of the GPO. After it's first go through,
it doesn't loop again, I just get the Logon screen. This same .pps
loops all day on another machine but that's only when I login to it
and run it. Does anyone have any ideas? or if this is the wrong
place, I'll post it somewhere else...

Now if he's in he UK maybe he runs a General Post Office with a cool pps
running at the counter. More likey its a Group Policy Object though.
