Presentation of allocation and availability in one figure.

Hi all project experts,

Can I present a figure in which both the allocation and the
availability are presented over all the resources at our department?
On the level of a week.

So for

Week 16 I have 580 hours available and 620 allocated
Week 17 I have 650 hours available and 530 allocated

And so on...

Hi Henk,

Yes, definitely.
It's a bit long to get there:

Resource Usage View
Right-click in the "yellow" part
Make sure Work and Remaining availability are the lines shown
Rearrange your timescale to show weeks as the minor scale
To get the project total Project, Group By, Resource Group.

That indeed shows the information I wanted. Is there a way to show
this graphically? The weekno on the X-axis and the amount of work and
availability on the Y-axis

Hi Henk,

You mean like in Resource Graph?
You wil have to export to f.i. Excel and create it from there I'm afraid.
