You need the touchscreen, an operating system that supports touch and then
some ability to write code to manage media playback most of which is done
from media players but will IMO all eventually become another platform for
web developers which to some extent are already involved.
Generally, you just do "on click" or trigger animations. The touchscreen
software should interpret touch as mouse clicks.
