Presenter view problem

Hi,
I have multiple monitors installed and have enabled the Presenter View;
however, whenever I start my presentation I don't get any error message, and
I can see my presentation in the secondary monitor, but I get the normal view
in the main monitor, not the presenter view. I went to the System Information
and in below Complements COM in PowerPoint 2003 I see I have Microsoft
PowerPoint moderator tools, but below, besides Installed, it says No. What
can I do?

I have the same problem - can it be renabled somehow, or do I have to do a
full reinstall

I already completely uninstalled and reinstalled and it didn't help. Does
someone know how can we fix this problem?

Finally found the answer to this problem. Disable your extended monitor (2)
and then set up slide show to use two monitors. It will then ask you to
enable the monitor and will dynamicaly load the presenters view. As you found
out repairing or reinstalling is no help.
