Presenter Viewing Problems

We've been using the presenter view for showing power point presentations and it has been very helpful. However, recently after viewing someone else's show, the thumbnails on the left of the display no longer appear. The presentation still works, but it is EXTREMELY difficult to find slides. Thus the total functionality of the presentation view is gone. There does not seem to be any documentation on this problem or how to fix it. Can you help?

Hi,

I've never used it, but I guess the first place to look is at video drivers.
That can often muck up what you see on the screen.
