Prevent Automatic Send/Receive

Hi all. I have outlook 2002 and I want to prevent outlook
from automatically sending/receiving when I first open
it. Any suggestions?

Do you also want to have automatic s/r later? Outlook doesn't support
disabling it on first run, you can turn it off for good... Tools,
Send/Receive, find the menu to define send and receive options and disable
check every xx minutes.
