Prevent the printing of a docuement

I have a document which I wish to distribute to a number of people but I do not wish them to be able to print a copy of the document. Is there a setting which allows them to view but not print a document? I have already set a "read only" and prevented anyone modifying the document. Now I wish to stop them printing it!

Hi Gary,

No can do!

IMHO, the best way to manage security for documents distributed to others
users is to convert them to PDF format. Adobe allows you to set all kinds of
security levels, including the no-print option.

Even the "Read Only" "Security" in Word can be easily by-passed.

And if you are really worried about security, even PDF format not good
enough as they screen shot, then print the screen shot.
