Preventing "cut and paste" of a document

I want to send a Word document to others for their confidential review, but
do not want them to be able to "cut or paste" any of the content. I have
tried the "read only protection", but it still allows readers to cut and
paste any of the content to another application.

I'm using Word 2003.

How do I prevent copying of document contect?

You can't. If you allow anyone to see the document, they can copy it.
