Preventing fields showing in Outlook2002

Hi. We are running Windows-and OfficeXP on all our
computers. Some of my users have the habit to remove the
fields that are being shown in there Inbox in Outlook. Is
there a way or registry setting that can prevent them to
do any changes in which fields are being shown?
