In outlook, I'm trying to make it so after I move between
messages (without fully opening them) the old message
becomes unbolded. This is not happening with me. I have
tried to go to Tools-Options-Other-Preview Pane, but the
boxes to change the settings are locked to me. Can anyone
help?
