Print a contact's address to an envelope?

I would like to be able to trigger the print of a contact's address
information onto an envelope through Word's envelope printing mechanism
directly from Outlook

Here's what I'm currently doing: From Outlook's Contact Manager, a contact
is double clicked upon, bringing up the selected contact's details. I then
actuate Actions\New Letter to Contact command. This brings up Word's Letter
Wizard in a letter writing mode with some preloaded information from the
Outlook contact. It opens at step 4 and I immediately click on the Finish
button. In the Word application, I actuate Tools\Letters and
Mailings\Envelopes and Labels command and that finally gets me to the dialog
that presents the information to be printed on the envelope.

Here's what I want to do: click on a button and the currently selected
contact's info appears in the Envelopes and Labels print dialog box.

Any ideas on how to do that?

AFAIK, the Envelopes and Labels dialog is not itself programmable, which
means the only way to do exactly what you describe would be to build some
kind of SendKeys kludge. Feel free to ask in a Word forum where they'll know
more about envelope printing tricks.

You can, however, use the Document.Envelope.Insert method from Word to add
an envelope to a document. The Word VBA Help topic on that method has
details.
