Print email attachments in Outlook

Hi,

I recently had a phone call from one of my clients : when he receives an
attachment in an email in Outlook, if he opens it and wants to print it, he's
asked to save it first before being able to print !

Is that a setting on the Outlook ? I don't think I can change that on the
Exchange server !!???!!!!
