Print formatting does not save

Version: 2008
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)

I can save the print format and next time I go to print out a report I have to change it again and save it again. Unlike the formatting in cells, this does not save from one time until the next. Is this something that will be fixed?
