print full picture in outlook or word

i copy a picture of a project milestone view into word for a project status
report unfortunately when the document is printed only one page of the status
is printed. Is there anyway to use pictures in word or outlook such that they
can be viewed and printed? the view is fine...i just can't print them! help!
