Print Layout problem

Jim Craggs

When I open Word in Print Layout view, the cursor appears at the top of the
page, ignoring margins, page headers etc. This happens whether I am using
the Normal.dot template, or other templates. Is there a quick fix for this
problem?

Place your cursor at the very top of your page. It will change to an up and
down arrows with the tip "Show White Text". Click your mouse at the point.
If you have a multiple page document, you can also click in between the
pages.

Thanks to both, they keep changing things, I was on the point of repairing my
Word installation.
