Print Preview error

I have a project consisting of 168 tasks and am trying to print or preview 9
columns. I am sharing the file on a network with 3 co-workers. Each time
one of us creates a new file that person can print the file but not th other
two. This error has affected each of us afterreceiving new computers (2
laptops & a desktop). I am running MS Project Prof 2003 SP2 and Windows 5.1
SP2.


Others with rights to the network file cannot view this project at all.

Can the others print if they first save as to their local hard drive?

No copying to a local drive has no affect. We also just for fun attempted to
print to a plotter with the same result. The message is>

The columns are too wide or there are too many columns to print per page.

Try the following:
Reduce the width of the columns in your project.
Change the page orientation from portrait to landscape.
Reduce the number of columns to be printed on each page.

We are only attempting to print the first 9 columns which should use about 8
inches of print space on the 11 inch side of a landscape oriented page.

Windows 5.1, is that NT or 2000, I can't remember?

Are there any network security limits?

Do all 3 of you share the same folder? If not, what if you all use the same
folder, same results?
