PRINT PREVIEW

When I finished a spreadsheet in excel and I did a print preview, I can only
see a rectancular box in the middle of the page. I wonder what is wrong.
Yes, I saved data and close and reopen to do print preview, but the same
problem shows up every time.

Try this:
Click in the first (top left) cell of your sheet.
Navigate to the *area* of the last (bottom right) cell of your sheet, by
using the scroll bars and/or the arrow keys.
Hold <Shift>, and click in this "last" cell.

This should select the entire sheet that contains your data.

While these cells are *still* selected, hit:

<File> <PrintArea>.

Now click on PrintPreview, and you should see the printable area of your
sheet, which you had just selected.
