print preview

I don't have a print preview option on my 2000 version of
powerpoint...nor do I have the option to view page
breaks...is there something I can download to add this to
my version?

You have it, but it is not loaded on your tool bar automatically. Right click on
your Tool Bar | Customise | Edit | scroll down until you see the Print Preview
Icon, select and drag to your toolbar.

PPT 2000 doesn't have a print preview.

What do you mean, though, by viewing page breaks? Each slide represents a
break, whether that's a particular page, or whether it's 2 slides/page.

Oh, or are you trying to view Outline breaks? If so, try using File/Send to
Word.

The Print Preview feature was not added to PowerPoint until PowerPoint 2002.
