print preview

when opening print preview in project 2003 I get error message

microsoft project for windows application file has encountered a problem and
needs to close. we are sorry for the inconvenience

A bit more information may help us help you.

What operating system are you using?
You note you are using Project 2003 - what service pack?
Do you have a printer installed?
Does the crash happen with all project files or just a selected few?
Can you print successfully out of other programs?

Im using XP and all service packs and updates are done,
computer crashes out only intermittently
printers are on a network
only project craps out
