PRINT PROBLEM

A DOCUMENT IS PRINTED AND THE AUTHOR WISHES TO INSERT ADDITIONAL INFO ON DOCUMENT. I CHOOSE PRINT SELECTION AND WORD PRINTS THE MATERIAL AT THE TOP OF THE PAGE RATHER THAN ON THE LINE THAT IT RESIDES IN ON THE DOCUMENT. I WAS ABLE TO DO THIS IN WORD PERFECT.
