How can I view a certain block of text in Word on screen and not have it print when the document is printed?

MG, you can hide the text. Select it and Format > Font. Check the Hidden
box, then OK. To view hidden text, pull down the Tools menu and select
Options. On the View tab, check Hidden Text, then OK. Hidden text will
appear on screen with a dotted line underline, but will not print.

Format the text as Hidden, and set the View to show Hidden Text under
Tools>Options>View, but turn off the printing of Hidden Text under
Tools>Options>Print
