print tracked document and show reviewer

Hi,

I want to print a Word 2007 document to include the tracked changes &
comments, but I also want to show who did them. If you view the document and
place the mouse pointer over a change, the name/date/time are shown. I would
like these to show on the print, or at least the name.

Any help gratefully received!
