Printed scalable graphs

I have created an xy scatter graph that draws a rectangular shape. The
rectangle is rotated based on an input angle which varies. (0<angle<=90). It
appears to be rotating correctly, but as it does, there is some distortion so
that the rectangle becomes a parallelogram. Is there any way to correct that?
