I have an HP Colour Laserjet 4550DN printer with duplex tray.
If I right click on the printer in the printers and fax folder I can select
Printing Preferences. On the Finishing tab this gives me Quick Sets which I
can create, save, and delete. Also, under Document Options there is a check
box for Print on Both Sides.
If I select Print, then Properties from Word I get the same dialog box but
Quick Sets cannot be changed (in fact there is a message saying that the
user does not have permission to save system settings). Also, the Print on
Both Sides check box is not visible.
What must be changed to permit access to the full printer preferences from
Word.
