Printer properties error message

When attempting to open the print properties section for
a Publisher doc, I get this error message: "Function
address 0x74 caused a protection fault. (exception code
0xc0000005) Some or all property page(s) may not be
displayed."

I opened other Publisher files and was able to access the
printer properties page with no problems. Any suggestions
on how to solve this problem? Thanks in advance!
