Printing a Web Page

Hello,
Simple question no doubt. How do you set up a link to an icon that will
print the current Web page?

As I know:
<a href="javascript:self.print()"><img src=icon.jpg></a>

But: JavaScript has to be activated. It isn't at every
browser.
