Printing Background

When I preview my document the background is in colour but when I print the
background is plain white? Can someone help me?

What are the settings in color/ greyscale in the print dialogue? If you print
in greyscale or pure B&W this is what you get. You can change the settings to
print grey backgrounds so post back if this is what you're doing.
