Printing Booklet

The booklet that I am trying to print, looks great in the edit mode and in
print preview, but when I print it it inserts two 5 1/2" X 4 1/4" (one 11"
X 8 1/2") into the middle of the booklet. Another issue is that I have
asked it not to show the header and footer on the first page and it doesn't
on screen but it does show the footer in print preview and prints the footer.
So, what I'm asking is how do we get the blank pages out of the middle and
the footer off of the cover?

Your blank pages come from the fact that you do not have a multiple of 4 in
your pages (130/4=32.5). Try 132 pages... (that's why you sometimes see
"This page left blank intentionally")
