Printing Errors - Outlook Express

Why is it ithat If I change the scripting security settings in IE it affects the preview and printing capability of Outlook Express. If I set the security settings to low I can print from OE. If i change the settings to medium I am not able to print form OE. Why is that

because OE uses the IE print settings.
