Printing Excel problem on Window 2000 Server Terminal

Hello

We have a Window 2000 Server Terminal with Microsoft Office Basic 2003. We have no problem of printing out or open any Office 2000 or 2003 documents. We installed a VB.NET program which supposed to auto-generate some excel files. Any time we tried to generate the reports the following message pop up "QueryInterface for interface Excel._Application fail" eventhought we have no problem of running the application on the regular Window 2000 Server. Please help!!! Thanks

By the way, we already have the .NET framework 1-1 and MDAC 2.7 installed on Window 2000 Server Terminal. And also the VB.NET program already has Excel9.olb.
