Printing Forms in Outlook

I have created a custom form in Outlook 97 and would like to print it as it
appears on the screen.

I found some code to that will print the screen shot, but you have to press
'Alt + Print Screen' first. Does anybody know code for automating the 'Alt
+ Print Screen' keystrokes?
