I am trying to print a Powerpoint presentation in color. I click File>Print,
select my color printer (HP color Laserjet), click on Properties. Under the
Paper/Quality tab under TYPE, I select "prepunched" and I want it to duplex
as well. I then click OK, then Print.
I go to the printer and it isn't printing anything. I have to go back into
the steps from above and re-select all of my options. It doesn't hold any of
the options that I selected and I had left the file open.
Why doesn't it hold any of the options? '
