Printing in Word

I have a problem printing from MS Word, every time I try to print Word
sends two documents to print and when I delete one the other is also
deleted.

The printer I have is a Brother MFC-620C and I have tried to print from
Excel and that works fine.

I have also uninstalled and reinstalled Word but I still get the same
problem.

Can anyone help?
