Printing Issues

When I print my publisher newsletter on my home printer everything prints
fine. The print takes up the entire 8x11 page, etc. However, we use a
Xerox printer to print the final copy for the community. When I attempt to
print on this printer the doc, although we set it to print the full page
comes out at 1/2 size centered in the middle of the paper. The page is
zero'd on the 0x0 point on the guide bars and centers in my computer window
which results in a large space all around the the doc. This space isn't seen
using my printer. However, when printed on the Xerox printer this space is
also present thus forcing the print to 1/2 size with all this white space
around the print. It appears the printer requires the doc have the 0x0 point
in the left hand corner. I've tried everyway possible to this but have not
found a way. I know this sounds confusing but I can't explain it any
clearer at this time. Can anyone give me some ideas? We looked at the Xerox
printer setting and they appear correct.

This is possibly an issue with the printer driver.

There's a possibility that if you convert the
document to a .pdf file it may print correctly.

Try this...

Download and install the following free PDF Creator.

PrimoPDF
http://www.primopdf.com/

With your new program installed...open your project
in Publisher and go to...File / Print.

On your Print screen...open the drop window and
select PrimoPDF as your printer.

Click...OK...now you will see the PrimoPDF screen
and you can browse to a save folder.

When you click...OK..your .pdf file will be created
in your save folder.

Now...try printing the .pdf on your Xerox.

Good Luck.
