Printing letters with envelope attachments in Word 2003

When I print a letter with an envelope attachment, the page format for pages
after the initial envelope retain the envelope paper size. My printer is an
HP Photosmart 7350. The problem does not occur with another machine using
Word 2000. All the Word and printer settings I can find seem to be normal.
Is the problem in Word or in my printer driver?
I am searching HP on this problem concurrently.

Likely your problem is a printer issue. The latest update for your printer
is dated 04/05. Try updating your printer driver for Office 2003 if using
your newer machine.

The latest driver for the HP Photosmart 7350 I was able to find on the HP
website was version 4.2, dated in 2003, which I have been using. Where did
you find an update dated 04/05?

You are correct, the one I referenced is a software update not a driver.

I have downloaded and run the 4/5 update. Its description seems directed at
another set of problems, and it has not resolved my problem. Any other ideas?

Another suggestion,
File menu, under print, set your page range to 0.

Nope. That just prints the envelope, but not the letter. So much for
Microsoft's upgrades.

You could try this. Save your file to readable media from Word 2003 then try
and print as an open file on your other combination. Our Word files from 2000
and up work as saved originally then printed on HP products. They recently
have been lagging on providing current drivers for most basic consumer

Thanks for your efforts.
I have an easier workaround than the one you suggest. I can print the
letter body text without attaching the enevelope and then print the envelope
directly from the Envelopes & Labels tool, but it is annoying and time
consuming that the printer which works fine with Office 2000 has this hangup
with 2003.
