Printing multiple collated documents

Recently, when I try to print multiple copies of several
documents in a file, I cannot collate them, even
though "collate" is checked in the printing menu. I
recently added a new HP printer. Could this be the
problem? Any other suggestions?. Thanks.

Hi Frank,

I would suspect the Printer/Printer Driver. HP have released a few there
were quite buggy. Go to their site and see if there is an updated one
available for download.

I have the same problem as well. I have tried multiple printer drivers and mulitple printers with mulitple printer drivers including the latest and greatest from HP. I have noticed that Excel collates fine and as well as other documents like adobe PDF files, just MS WORD 2000 does not collate. Any more suggestions from anyone? Thanks in advance.
