Printing on Epson R800

I have MS Word labels (Avery formats) that will print on my Epson 875DC, but
will not print on my Epson R800. Other documents print fine. Any ideas out
there?

There have been a number of reports about problems printing from Word to
this printer. See if there's an updated driver from Epson.
