Is it possible to print only odd or even pages? I am proofing a series of
books and, strange as it may sound, I do all the odd pages first, then the
even ones. I have a over 400 pages to proof, 200 pages at a time. It's
tedious to 'print current page' 200 times, and a waste of paper to print all
400 pages each time.
