Printing quality from Word doc

When printing a Word doc, the printing has horizontal streak marks along some
words. When I print from internet, it's OK. I've called HP and they have
determined that their printer is not the problem. Please help.

Are these horizontal streaks underline or strikethrough? Do you have Track
Changes enabled?
