I have created a signature in Outlook 2000 which includes our company logo. I followed the directions on the Microsoft site, using html, using advanced edit (Front Page) saved the file, etc. The signature will look fine on the computer, but when printing the e-mail the dreaded red "x" shows up instead of the logo. I work for attorneys and they all want this e-mail signature with the logo. It prints fine on the network printer I print to (LaserJet 4050tn) but not on some of the other printers in the office. So, if I do figure out how to create this signature and to print correctly, what is the easiest way to put it on each attorney's computer. I know that all the signature files must be saved on each individuals hard drive in the correct folder and have done that. Also when you reply to a message and print it you get the red x! Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.
