Printing techniques

Hello,
i'm a new user to project and currently using 98. I wish
to print off a number of tasks and the gantt view but
outcome is scruffy and too many pages.
what is the best way to print tasks and gantt for
presenting????
Anyway of showing as a bar chart aswell???

Would really appreciate some advice.
