printing the grid in visio 2002

my print view displays no grid.. how can i print this and view it in print
view?
no option in tools, page setup under print setup to print grid...
any ideas?

The printing of grids was a feature added to Visio 2003. The workaround in
the previous versions was to create a background page with a grid pattern.
