There might be a hidden option to print the notes within the graphical
view, but I'm not aware of it. This is how I arrange myself with notes:
1) I usually keep quite extensive notes; estimation assumptions, eMail
excerpts regarding risk, resource status etc... that would be way too
long to fit under a Gantt bar or within a column, but I like the
printing with the indicator icon in the overview and the easily
locatable (via id) full text on a following page
2) Sometimes I want a real small text accompanying the Gantt bar for
different purposes (like reference to a steering committe agenda point
or whatever); I call them "flash notes" most of them three words or
less; I store them in one of the custom text fields (I also renamed
Text15 to "Flash note") and make it visible via "bar
format/Text/bottom" where I need it
Certainly not what you were looking for but may a workaround you can
live with?
