printing word 2003

I have a printer lexmark 83. When I print in Microsoft Office 2003 I get the
regular screen for printing then I always get a screen showing Control
Program which a sound says your document is being printed. After my document
is printed I get the
Filename;Directory;Template;Title;subject;Author;Keywords;Comments;Creation
Date; Change Number; Last Saved On; Last Saved By; Total Editing Time; Last
Printed On; As of Last complete Printing; Number of Pages; Number of Words;
Number of Characters.
I don't know how to take that Control Program out. I tried everything in the
printing menu and has looked in your discussion group and cannot find
anything. I really would appreciate taking that screen out.

How about Tools, Options, print tab, clear "Document Properties."
