Printing

I have a 120 page document which prints the Header on each page, but is not printing the bottom line of each page or the Footer, even though both appear in the Print Preview. I am going nuts trying to get Word to print what I want, and I have a deadline of just over a week to deliver and present the report. I am sure it is something simple and/or stupid I have done, but I don't seem to be able to unscramble the omelette!

Format>Document and check the bottom margin. If it's less than 2.5 cm, that
will do it...
