I just installed Office 2003 onto my laptop. However, there are some
problems... I'm operating on to users, after the installation, Office works
perfectly for one. But it does not work well for the other. I'm able to use
Office, however, it saves as an unknown file, and I can only open it by going
to the particular Office program, and not directly. I've tried reinstalling,
but it does not work. What should I do?
