problem in start and finish date in reports

In "Who Does What" Report when I choose Filter "Date Range" then the report
is not displaying according to dates.

but in the reports there is also data of another dates

pls tell me what is the problem with the start and finish dates in the Ms
project 2003.

Basim,
There is no problem with the start and finish dates in Project. The "Who
does what report" is a combination type report, that is, it contains
both resource data and assignment data. When the Date Range filter is
applied it acts only on the resource data. You would be better off to
use the Resource Usage view and then apply the Date Range filter. In
that case, the filter will act both on the resource and assignment data.

but when I make new filter in which I combine Resource range with date range
and applied on resource usage it is not working and when I applied this on
reports display w.r.t to resource range but not with the date range.
