After needing a new hard drive and trying to install Office 2003, I keep
getting the following message at the start of installation, "Waiting for
cabinets to be cached to local installation source. File: L3561403.cab". The
actual file name listed differs but the rest is the same.
I have read somewhere that the problem may be something to do with DCOM
Server Process Launcher (whatever that is!).
Can someone offer any help? No explanations found on searching this site.
